  3. Service charges shown are for our assistance only. Government or third-party fees are separate and shown transparently where applicable.
  4. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to government portals, holidays or incomplete documents.
  5. Your documents are encrypted and visible only to the specialist assigned to your application; we never sell or share your data.
  6. Approval of any government or third-party application is decided solely by the relevant authority, not by Abedon.
  7. Service charges are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.
  8. By submitting, you consent to be contacted via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email regarding your application.
